Cox Bazar is a beautiful place in Bangladesh and International Tourist Places-Tour and Travel MRS

Cox's Bazar beach is the longest uninhabited beach in the world. The 120 km long beach is characterized by the fact that the entire beach is sandy and muddy. Cox's Bazar city is bustling with tourists during the tourist season, with snails, oysters, coral market stalls, state-of-the-art hotel, motel cottages, and newly decorated Burmese markets adjacent to Baliari beach.

Cox's Bazar beach has been topped several times in 2000 by the Bernard Weber, a privately owned organization in Switzerland's New Seven Wonderers Foundation, for the second time in 2000.

Many feel that there was less publicity to hold the top spot. Channel I organized a tribal fair on Cox's Bazar beach and broadcast it live, but it was not able to get the votes of local and foreign voters. As a result, the magical beach has not been able to achieve any of the top spot. So the value of Cox's Bazar beach has been lost? Certainly not.

Cox's Bazar beach shines in its self-glory. Its beauty can never be lost in any way. Miss Frumas, a Rakhine girl from Cox's Bazar, was selected as the Best Priyadarshini in the Indigenous Beauty Contest, one of the events of the Indigenous Fair held at Laboni Beach on February 12, 2010 for the second time in a joint venture between Bangladesh Tourism Corporation and Channel I.

The activities of Bangladesh Tourism Corporation and the local Sea-Beach Management Committee are in order to beautify the Cox's Bazar beach. The old oyster market has been demolished and the newly built modern oyster market 'Beach Park Market' in the shape of an eight-colored umbrella is truly worth seeing. Although there is space for construction of eight shops in each market, the shopkeepers have built eight shops with sixteen and in some cases twenty shops.

Three more similar umbrella markets are under construction. In addition to snail-oyster and coral shops, these markets have a collection of Burmese products, cosmetics, fast food, cooling corners, dry goods, studios, mobile shops and other shops. At the entrance to the beach, under the financial patronage of Cox's Bazar District Council, Drishtinandan Beach Garden Cum Park and Oyster Market with 26 shops have been constructed. A two-storey observation tower and a permanent open stage for the district administration have been constructed at Laboni Point in front of the garden with the funding of the district council and the supervision of the beach management committee.

Cox's Bazar beach is a magical and beautiful beach. Every day Pratikshan changes its form. There is no winter-monsoon-spring-summer season. The look of the beach is similar. It is different in the morning and different in the afternoon. There is a big difference between the weather on the beach at dusk and the weather at night. That's why Captain Cox's beach is so much appreciated by domestic and foreign tourists. Among the many reasons why foreign tourists are not so popular these days, the facilities here are not so important for them. Tourists do not come to Sea Beach to attend any religious gatherings. They come to embrace the sea-beach, to bathe, to enjoy its beauty to the fullest and to enjoy the fresh air in an unadulterated and safe environment. Surely no one goes to the beach to be insulted or humiliated. In order to increase the popularity of sea-beach, the authorities organize open concerts, national and international beach-football, beach-volleyball, beach-cricket competitions, national whirlwind festivals, sand sculptures and other events on various national and important days. To make surfing a popular sport in Bangladesh, the local administration has given temporary permission to set up a temporary surfing cottage for a surfing club at Labani Point on Sea-Beach. The recent addition of beach police for the safety of tourists on the beach is undoubtedly a commendable initiative of the government.

Every year the death toll from bathing in a shady and magical beach is truly painful. There is no denying the need for tourists to be more careful when it comes to bathing. There are permanent-temporary billboards and banners at the initiative of the district administration and the district council to display the tides. In addition, the local administration has given conditional permission to a few non-government organizations to install LCD TV monitors at Kalatali, Sugandha and Laboni points on the beach to promote cyclone and tidal awareness and educational advertisements. The brave staff of Yasir Life Guard and Watch Bay Life Guard have saved the lives of many tourists. More such life-saving public service organizations can be set up. Beach bikes, jet skis, horse-drawn carriages or horse-drawn carriages at Cox’s Bazar’s Silver Beach provide delightful food for tourists. Due to the installation of many changing rooms, bathrooms, toilets on the beach, there is no difficulty in responding to the natural call of tourists which was unimaginable for tourists even a few years ago.

The beach is busy with millions of people walking on the beach during the immersion of the idol on the great Vijaya Dashami of Durga Puja, the main religious festival of Hindus. Cox's Bazar district and the neighboring Bandarban hill district also gathered here to pay homage to the idol. From time immemorial, non-communal gatherings of millions of worshipers and tourists have taken place on the beach to enjoy the immersion ceremony irrespective of religion or caste.

In this regard, the local administration and the police department have to strengthen the security measures seriously. In addition, during the monsoon season before the onset of the Buddhist monsoon season, the Rakhine community organizes a picnic in a group in the middle of the beach near Zhaobithi, giving tourists an idea of whether there is a festival on the beach. It is not a social festival, of course not a religious festival. Some enthusiastic journalists promote it as a celebration of the Rakhine community. During the period of one to one and a half months of the year (June-July) on the day of weekly closure, such picnics have been organized on the beach of Cox's Bazar for a long time. It is the responsibility of all concerned to be aware of the fact that no one can pollute the pleasant atmosphere of the picnic by indulging in unwanted and unpleasant incidents in the name of picnic.
